Dispensary Sales Associate (Lead DSA), you are a salesperson and
will be the first point of contact for our customers when they
enter the store and the face for Fluent. You will help create the
energy and excitement around Fluent products, provide the right
solutions, and provide the knowledge needed for patients to use our
products safely. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is
dedicated to delivering a customer experience that's unlike any
other. It starts with you reviewing a doctor's recommendation, and
with the support of your store team members, you match those needs
with the right products that meet those needs. You will sell
effectively, and every day is an opportunity for you to turn
another Fluent visitor into a loyal Fluent customer. Cultivating
Patient Relationships & Driving Sales Growth The Fluent Lead
Dispensary Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering
exceptional patient experiences, achieving sales goals, and
supporting overall dispensary success. This multifaceted role
combines patient care expertise with product knowledge and delivery
services. Building Patient Trust & Loyalty Exceptional Customer
Service: Deliver exceptional service while exceeding sales goals by
establishing trust, addressing patient needs, and providing
in-depth product education. Compassionate Care: Utilize in-depth
knowledge of medical cannabis to assess patient needs, recommend
suitable products, and provide ongoing support. Professional &
Discreet: Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor, upholding
patient privacy and adhering to all state and company policies.
Driving Sales & Revenue Growth Sales & Revenue Focus: Strive to
increase dispensary, team, and personal sales through consistent
goal achievement and effective customer engagement. Inventory
Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts, prepare sales
reports, and manage stock levels to ensure patient needs are met.
Post-Sale Support: Follow up with patients to address any questions
or concerns, fostering ongoing positive relationships. Delivery &
Communication Delivery Specialist: Safely and efficiently deliver
medical cannabis to patients, adhering to all legal and safety
regulations. As an integral part of this role, Lead DSAs may also
deliver products to vendors. Ability to drive to multiple
locations; schedule varies and is inclusive to the requirements of
this role. Clear & Concise Communication: Maintain clear
communication with patients, colleagues, and management regarding
customer needs, sales performance, and delivery logistics. General
Responsibilities Assist in training new staff members Prepare daily
and weekly deposits and reconciliation Daily cash counts Opening
and closing procedures Manage OTC/Apparel inventory Ensuring clear
communication of announcements discussed on manager calls to sales
team Joining and participating in weekly manager calls Overseeing
home delivery team to ensure proper vehicle maintenance and
compliance with documentation. Additional Responsibilities Positive

practices. Qualifications: High School Diploma Experience in
customer service and receptionist capacities a plus Must be
computer literate and capable of accurate data entry Must hold
valid authorization to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and
in good standing Per state law, you must be at least 21 years of
age. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional retail
environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax
machines; retail equipment such as cash registers and tablets.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are

required to speak and hear. The employee frequently is required to
stand at a workstation for extended periods; walk; use hands to

periods of time reading, reviewing and analyzing information and
providing recommendations and summaries to patients. Must be able
to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing.
Employees may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate
amounts of weight, typically less than 25 pounds. Regular and
