Call Center Agentonsite: Great Neck, NYHours: Monday- Friday

administrative operations that allows practices to operate at their

continuing to grow.What youll do:PURPOSE: Serves as initial point
of contact through our call center to register all new patients and
direct current patients - utilizing skills of tact, compassion, and
confidentiality in a professional manner.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage
calls from patients requiring medical care and provide / gather
information neededTake electronic messages and convey information
to respective medical care providersScreen and transfer calls to
the appropriate person/departmentAssign pending documents into a
patients chart within the EMR systemProvide excellent customer
serviceOther duties as assigned by managers and leadsWho you
are:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or
GED.EXPERIENCE: One-year medical office experience. Health care
receptionist or call center experience preferred.KNOWLEDGE:HIPAA
and other regulatory policiesInsurance regulations, policies, and
proceduresMedical office procedures, policies, practices and
medical terminology, telephone protocol and professional
etiquetteElectronic medical systems is a plus, including
Athena/Centricity, Medi-Tech and the like.SKILLS:Strong
communication skills, verbal and writtenExtensive customer service
experienceProven ability to multi-taskComputer skills, being
proficient with Windows based softwareStrong problem-solving skills
and ability to think quickly, professional, and efficientlyAbility
to represent our organization in a professional mannerWhat we
