A company is looking for a Client Success Sales Process and
Tools Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain process and sales tools components for new hire
onboarding and ongoing sales training
Deliver formal and informal training sessions and coach team
members on process and tools best practices
Create and maintain clear and concise process and tools
documentation for the organization
Required Qualifications:
Experience in support renewals
Strong understanding of sales processes and tools in practice
Experience in sales enablement and training
Flexibility, agility, and problem-solving skills to operate in a
dynamic environment
