Job Title: Sales Executive, Political Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 Location: Texas, Florida,
Massachusetts, and New York Stirista empowers its clients to

Job Summary: The Sales Executive, Political (SEP) is responsible
for driving revenue through proactive selling of Stirista products
and services -- email, digital/CTV, and data. The SEP will drive
sales, ensure client satisfaction, and cultivate long-term,
reliable relationships with clients with a specific focus on
politics. The SEP will also be responsible for creating business
strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage, and
differentiation by incorporating broad knowledge to address
complex, unusual, and critical issues. The SEP will also work to
develop long-term plans that impact the achievement of business
results. Duties/Responsibilities: ? Establishes and ensures the
execution of short- and long-term Political advertising revenue
goals and operates to support the achievement of overall company
revenue and budget goals. ? Demonstrate the value of our products
and services to new prospective clients while actively and
accurately managing a prospective sales pipeline, by calling on
political agencies. ? Lead existing relationships, educate, drive
incremental growth, and build client trust of Stirista unique
products. ? Works closely with senior management and finance on the
development of the political sales budget, preparing and providing
regular forecast updates on category, market conditions, and
business performance. ? Collaborates with Marketing teams to
develop and promote sales narratives about the value proposition
and differentiation from competitors, to increase overall share and
influence political audiences. ? Lead account business reviews and
goal-setting sessions. ? Work cross functionally to implement plans
and achieve goals. ? Identify opportunities and pathways for
campaign and overall client success. Required Skills/Abilities: ?
Established record of exceeding revenue expectations. ?
Relationships with political agencies, government advocacies, ad
agencies, media buyers, brand directs, and technology
decision-makers. ? Strong quantitative and negotiation skills. ?
Proven self-starter able to tackle new clients or territories. ?
Agile learner able to demonstrate rapid grasp of new technology and
product updates. ? Excellent written/verbal communication skills
and comfort presenting in front of a client a must. ? Ability to
travel nationwide to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars,
and industry events. Education and Experience: ? 5+ years of media
or programmatic outbound sales experience at an online publisher,
ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, Agency
Trading Desk or other online advertising roles. ? Experience
managing long and short sales cycles with multiple partners in
order to diversify portfolio of business under management. Physical
Requirements: ? Ability to travel 20% of the year. ? Prolonged
periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ? Must be
able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times. Other duties Please note
