Job Description:
A company is looking for a Department Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of
administrative and operational units
Prepare reports based on analysis and conduct comprehensive
statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and
performance
Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial
impact and develop recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business
Administration or related field
Minimum three years statistical analysis experience
Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills
Experience with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes,
collections, & customer services
Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation with a basic
understanding of SQL programming language
