Job Description:

A company is looking for a Risk Mitigation Analyst to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, prevent and mitigate potential renter default claims through customer outreach
Negotiate recovery payments with renters to collect debt
Communicate with customers and help them navigate lease changes and other rental requests

Required Qualifications:

Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Team player
Self-starter with exceptional work ethic, motivation, and results-oriented
