Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Transportation Scheduler to
work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist patients with
scheduling travel arrangements for doctor appointments
Schedule, coordinate, and assist patients with transportation,
including confirming pick-ups, addressing changes or inquiries, and
documenting all actions taken
Adhere to daily schedules and assignments, meet performance goals,
and maintain patient and company confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center
environment
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs
Desire to work with the elderly
