B V L G A R I is looking for a Technician & Engraving Specialist to join our company!The technician must perform engraving, hot stamping for personalization services as well as be proficient in jewelry technical polishing. Accountabilities:* Responsible for fulfilling the engraving and hot stamping services for the network with care and accuracy to details.* Responsible for diagnosing and dismantling watch cases for proper stock maintenance and engraving requests.* Responsible for proper maintenance of machinery and work area at all times.* Quality inspection & process of ecommerce returns (make sure the piece is in pristine condition when sent back and add it back to stock). * Process product transfers from stores and ensure products received from stores are in selling conditions (can polish / clean, check battery, packaging---). * Support in the proper stock maintenance of watches. * General ecomm Support (priority on JWA Order Fulfilment and Packaging preparation).Qualifications/Professional Capabilities: * 3 to 4 years' experience of high-end jewellery polishing mandatory * Knowledge and skills in polishing different shapes, metals and finishing * Experience working with polishing tools and engraving machinery * Ability to manage priorities* Ability to work efficiently with time schedules and deadlines* Ability to analyse refurbishing issues* Ability to perform quality control* Experience in fast paced ecomm fulfilment center is appreciatedPersonal Competencies: * Conscientiousness* Drive* Customer Orientation* Excellence Orientation
