Job Description:

The Salesforce Solution Architect will design outcome-oriented solutions for our customers after thoroughly analyzing and understanding their business requirements through scoping calls, workshops, and customized demonstrations. You will work directly with clients, Plative's sales team, and delivery team members to ensure successful implementations.
Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you'll engage with middle-market and emerging-enterprise clients (250-2,000+ employees), partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling solutions backed by anticipated business impact and ROI while advising on project execution. You'll serve as a trusted expert with strong interpersonal skills, functional and technical knowledge, and mastery of emerging Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), and Einstein AI features.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales organization to promote Salesforce solutions, gather requirements, and design implementations.
  
• Support sales through product demonstrations, solution architecture, and proposal development.
  
• Provide strategic guidance to maximize business value while minimizing risks and technical debt.
  
• Inspire clients to leverage the Salesforce platform for performance improvement.
  
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to recommend products, configurations, and customizations.
  
• Deliver demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  
• Gather requirements and assist in creating statements of work.
  
• Define Salesforce technical solutions, including customizations, integrations, and AppExchange products.
  
• Advise on build versus buy decisions for third-party integrations.
  
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and recommend enhancements based on client experiences.
  
• Collaborate to develop solution design and product roadmap.
  
• Provide input on customer requests and product improvements.
  
• Perform requirements analysis to meet client needs in sales processes.
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  
• 10 years of successful IT experience.
  
• 5 years as a Salesforce Architect with leadership in solution design and architecture governance.
  
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and API limitations.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Quick learner and positive team member.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
  
• Experience deploying Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  
  Desired Qualifications
  
  
• Hands-on mentality and system troubleshooting skills.
  
• Experience with middleware like Jitterbit, Boomi, MuleSoft.
  
• Knowledge of Heroku, AWS, Google Cloud is a plus.
  
• Experience with NetSuite and front-end JS frameworks such as REACT, Aura, Angular is a plus.
