Onsite Coordinator/Customer Service needed to start immediately!Schedule:*5am-1:30pm **1:30pm-9pm** Provide management support to all employees for various assignments at customer premises* Customer Relations: Assist client with any request or needs.* Administrative support to On-site Manager.* Customer Service* Manage day to day onsite reports* Can help keep track of attendance and complete terminations* Assist with system changes/ updates and manage reports* Respond to emails from supervisors, assist associates onsite with general questions with their time, etc.* Open communication with multiple teams.* Constant Walking: Large Facility* Microsoft Knowledge a must (Excel)* Bilingual would be a plus*Project coordinators need to be able to handle the following tasks to be as efficient as possible:** Attendance & Punctuality* Organizing.* Record-keeping.* Monitoring progress.* Tracking paperwork.* Updating team members and partners.* Managing information flow.#SWInternalJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 12 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Morning shift* Weekends as neededExperience:* OneSite: 1 year (Required)* Supervising: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
