Job Description:

A company is looking for an Optimized Air Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle ticket requests, refunds, and issues with airlines
Assist Independent Advisors by communicating with airlines
Research air options, provide faster turnaround on requests, and recommend options to maximize revenue

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Sabre, including exchanges, refunds, complicated international itineraries, pricing, and ticketing
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Well-traveled with a strong working knowledge of world geography
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Internet savvy
