Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coder II - Pro-Fee
Multi-Specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate patient medical records to assign diagnosis and
procedure codes accurately
Enter coded charges into various host systems for claim billing
purposes
Monitor regulatory and payer changes related to diagnostic and
procedure coding
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years coding experience in clinic and/or professional coding
Nationally recognized coding credential (CPC, COC, CCS, CCS-P,
RHIA, or RHIT)
Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, medical
terminology, and anatomy & physiology
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
