A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate I to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement customer success plans and journey templates to ensure customer preparedness and self-service
Manage customer metrics and evaluate product adoption levels
Drive revenue management practices and handle urgent customer concerns

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer success or account management experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with enterprise customers and responding with empathy and integrity
Technical aptitude to learn data networking technologies
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
