Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spacecraft Propulsion Systems
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the spacecraft propulsion system from
design to launch and orbit-raising
Design propulsion systems using chemical propulsion, electric
propulsion, and other innovative components
Perform analysis of the propulsion subsystem and support
qualification testing of propulsion systems and components
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or related discipline
6 or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of spacecraft propulsion systems, propellants, and
hardware
Training or experience in disciplines such as systems engineering,
project management, propulsion systems, fluid mechanics, heat
transfer, thermodynamics
