Job Description:
A company is looking for an After Hours Coordinator to provide
third shift support to clients and caregivers remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from employees, clients, and other agencies,
providing accurate and appropriate solutions
Support third party answering service and assist with internal
inquiries
Maintain detailed records of calls, escalate and resolve complex
issues, and perform quality assurance audits
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in customer service and scheduling
preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks efficiently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
