Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Business
Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns impacting the
work environment
Provide counsel and support to facility managers and Human
Resources Consultants in employee relations investigations
Develop training for leaders and employees to ensure consistency
and compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or
related field
Three to five years of experience as a Human Resources
generalist
Experience in employment law, conflict resolution, employee
relations, and general HR management
Basic familiarity with compensation, recruiting, and organizational
development principles
Proven ability to analyze complex situations and conduct
investigations
