A company is looking for a Head of People Operating System Teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and execute the cross-functional strategy for People OS teams
Increase adoption of platform capabilities and patterns across the company
Empower and align a team of senior R&D people

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in product-driven roles
Demonstrated experience scaling platform products
Strong technical acumen and understanding of architecture and data models
Strong product opinions and ability to map dependencies and risks
Ability to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team
