Tier II Systems Engineer - Managed Services Tier II Systems Engineer - Managed Services We are seeking a Tier II Systems Engineer - Managed Services who is proficient with Windows Systems Technical support within an IT Services company. This position is located in Long Island and you'll be joining a smaller (15 employee) fast-growing IT company focused on providing IT Cloud, Hosting and Managed Services for the Financial Industry on a national level, with a proprietary Hosting and Cloud model. High employee retention (average is 5+ years per person) due to work balance quality of life. The System Engineer will be primarily responsible for managing a small book of clients performing on-site visits and remote support. Tier II Systems Engineer - Managed Services Requirements: Experience working with VMware and Windows -Systems, supporting multi-tenant environments -. Being a "master" of TCP/IP, tier III Systems support, and experience with switches/firewalls/routers is a big plus. A qualified candidate should also have a CCNA or Virtualization certification (but not required). A CCNA or VCP is only a plus. Tier II Systems Engineer - Managed Services Job Responsibilities:

• As the Tier II Systems Engineer, you will provide IT site surveys, recommend new emerging technologies (Windows, Cisco, SonicWall, Exchange, VMware, EMC, SAN)
• Provide Engineering and post-installation support.
• Perform Project completion for new client setups and migrations
