Job Description:

--- Identify new referral partners for program enrollment. Attain monthly goals for enrollment and intakes to meet program goals and targets.--- Provide job preparation for program participants while working towards creating realistic expectations for job opportunities and salaries. Assist with Job placement and post-employment retention.--- Work with the CES Job Developer on connecting with local businesses for job referrals, and the planning and implementing of in-office job related events.--- Assist in creating resumes, and cover letters for all enrolled clients. Conduct mock interviews and refer job ready clients to job developer for placement assistance.--- Conduct individualized assessments and provides vocational and employment counseling for program participants. Provide guidance and assistance to clients and encourage them to return for job placement services.--- Work closely with Senior Vocational Case Manager in the recruitment of clients, collecting and preparation of data for reports, and helping to meet the program goals and targets.--- Assist in marketing program services to Nassau County for program recruitment; conduct presentations to potential partners and clients.--- Conduct regular orientation sessions for prospective clients. Provide them with a clear explanation of the services we provide..--- Enter all updated job preparation, interviews case notes and hires into Credible database to carefully document and monitor client's progress.--- Work to connect with partner agencies in Nassau County to specifically market programs and services and recruit clients into the program. Organize and implement promotional initiatives.
