You will assist with scheduling, recruitment and special projects while constantly working to provide the patient experience. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Process required forms; financial documents including check requests and invoices; formatting presentations and manuscripts; conducting on-line searches of medical databases; coordinating business travel; copying and faxing; reserving space and setting it up for trainings and events; tracking of required staff trainings; coordinating and drafting communications; supporting grant applications and reporting; participating in interdepartmental committees as needed, and other administrative duties
  • Coordinates Operations Team meetings and other meetings run by members of the team. This includes scheduling, organizing, and soliciting agenda items for meetings; providing technical support for virtual meetings, and taking and circulating meeting minutes
  • Manages Operations team shared documents including setting up and managing Teams and SharePoint sites
  • Provides administrative support when staff are onboardedYou have:
    • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum work experience: At least one year of related and/or applicable experienceWhat makes you stand out:
