abortion services.When you join PPGNY as a Regional Operations
Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Clinical
Operations team. You will assist with scheduling, recruitment and
special projects while constantly working to provide the patient
experience. Additional responsibilities include:
- Process required forms; financial documents including check
requests and invoices; formatting presentations and manuscripts;
conducting on-line searches of medical databases; coordinating
business travel; copying and faxing; reserving space and setting it
up for trainings and events; tracking of required staff trainings;
coordinating and drafting communications; supporting grant
applications and reporting; participating in interdepartmental
committees as needed, and other administrative duties
- Coordinates Operations Team meetings and other meetings run by
members of the team. This includes scheduling, organizing, and
soliciting agenda items for meetings; providing technical support
for virtual meetings, and taking and circulating meeting
minutes
- Manages Operations team shared documents including setting up
and managing Teams and SharePoint sites
- Provides administrative support when staff are onboardedYou

- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum work experience: At least one year of related and/or
applicable experienceWhat makes you stand out:
