As a Full-Time Dietary Supervisor, you will oversee the production of all food served from the kitchen to the patients. You are to inspect the kitchen daily and maintain a required level of cleanliness. You as a Dietary Supervisor will be responsible for training your staff and caring for our residents' daily needs.
Salary: $24-$26 per hour
As a Dietary Supervisor You Will Be Responsible For The Following:

• 
  
• Assist the Director to assure all Department of Health regulations are observed in the preparation and service of meals
  
• Preparation of all menus and scheduling of staff
  
• Supervising dining services personnel and enforcing departmental policies and procedures to provide timely, quality food service to our residents
  
• Direct Dietary Aides in service and clean-up of meal services to ensure all standards are met
  
• Complete all forms and reports as assigned according to departmental policies and procedures
  
  COVID-19 vaccination is required
  This position includes Weekend hours
