Job Description:
A growing e-commerce company located just minutes from Crown
Heights is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse
Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth
coordination of shipping, receiving, and administrative processes.
This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, from
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Include: Supervise day-to-day
warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory
management. Oversee a small warehouse team (currently three
employees), ensuring efficiency and accountability. Monitor and
track incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy, and update
records accordingly. Handle warehouse-related administrative tasks
such as responding to emails, updating shipment logs, and
coordinating with other departments. Maintain a clean, safe, and
well-organized warehouse environment. Identify and implement
process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Ideal
Qualifications: Prior experience in warehouse or logistics
management is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving
skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using spreadsheets
and email systems. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with
strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills and the
ability to work well with others. This is an excellent opportunity
for a motivated and hands-on individual to take ownership of
warehouse operations in a fast-growing company. Salary: $60k -
