Job Description:
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic and
independent Team Lead to oversee and support a team of Service
Coordinators in a newly created role, with the opportunity to help
build and scale the team. Responsibilities Include: Oversee and
manage a team of Service Coordinators Provide guidance, support,
and direction to team members Take ownership of team performance
and daily operations Help build and scale the team as the
organization grows Ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service
delivery Make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
Foster a positive and productive team culture Ideal Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills Confident
decision-maker with a proactive mindset Ability to work
independently and take ownership Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving
