Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to contribute to
its growth as a global leader in distributed working.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal claims and disputes, both commercial and
employment-related, in collaboration with outside counsel
Advise internal stakeholders on collections efforts, employment law
disputes, and other legal issues
Develop claims management procedures and protocols and support
cross-functional teams in building a successful technology
platform
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate or other qualified lawyer with 4-6 years of
experience as a practicing attorney
In-depth knowledge and experience in commercial and/or employment
law
General litigation and/or claims-handling knowledge and
experience
Experience advising clients and filing legal pleadings in
English
Experience advising a US parent company with global subsidiaries
and dealing with global legal issues
