Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel with experience in
the fintech and software industry to provide legal support to their
business.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements in the fintech,
fitness, and software industry
Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance
matters
Assist with litigation and dispute resolution matters
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and Law degree from an accredited law school and
State Bar License
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the fintech and
software industry
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial
agreements
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the fintech,
fitness, and software industry
Basic knowledge of and experience utilizing a personal computer
with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel
