Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software and Hardware Patent Attorney
Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft patent applications, perform patent searches, and respond to
office actions
Manage client relationships and take ownership of matters from
end-to-end
Collaborate with software developers to develop workflow/process
improvements
Required Qualifications:
Lawyer: J.D. and Bachelor's in a STEM discipline, or Agent:
Bachelor's in a STEM discipline
Expertise in computer software, hardware, electronics, chemistry,
biology, or biotech
Ability to perform quality legal work and draft opinions
Strong professional communication and relationship management
skills
Location: Remote, anywhere in the US
