Responsibilities:
--- Pre-trial litigation such as drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements
--- Court appearances
--- Conduct Legal Research
--- Depositions
--- Client communications

Qualifications:
--- At least 3 years experience
--- Must be admitted to practice in NYS
