You will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, conduct legal research, draft documents, communicate with client and maintain client files. Responsibilities:

Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
--- Pre-trial litigation such as drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements
--- Court appearances
--- Conduct Legal Research
--- Depositions (experience not required - will train)
--- Direct client contact

Qualifications:
--- 1 year of pre-trial litigation experience
--- Admitted to NYS Bar
--- Excellent writing skills
