Job Description:
About Snorkel At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start
with the model, it starts with the data. We’re on a mission to help
enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at
scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between
2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI
Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has
remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to
achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready
systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to
empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators,
journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster
than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built?
Apply to be the newest Snorkeler! About the Team The Data as a
Service (DaaS) organization at Snorkel is one of the company’s most
critical growth engines. Within DaaS, the EC Experience team owns
the end-to-end lifecycle of our expert contributors and manages the
marketplace that connects our expert community to high-impact
customer work. As our DaaS business and EC network scale, this team
requires strong operational leadership to build a highly effective,
engaging, and retentive EC experience that enables experts to
consistently deliver exceptional outcomes. About the Role We are
looking for a growth-oriented strategy and operations leader to
build and scale the systems that power our EC community and
marketplace. In this role, you will define the strategy, metrics,

activation to long-term engagement and retention — while helping
drive key product and operational capabilities that power our
marketplace and project platform. You will partner
cross-functionally with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Supply,
Marketing, and Analytics — designing scalable processes, insights,
and programs that strengthen our expert network and improve
contributors’ ability to succeed on our projects. This role blends
strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone
who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, aligning diverse
stakeholders, and building durable infrastructure that enables the
business to scale. About You Responsibilities Partner directly with
the Head of EC Experience to create and own programs that scale the
EC Lifecycle – across onboarding, activation, and retention
Translate priorities into structured operating plans with
measurable milestones, and drive strategic bets and
cross-functional initiatives end-to-end Build decision-making
frameworks that improve prioritization, trade-offs, and resourcing
allocations – surfacing risks, dependencies, and critical decision
points early Develop performance tracking mechanisms to ensure
visibility into key metrics and outcomes Step in to own ambiguous
workstreams or problem areas and translate them into structured
analyses, executive-ready recommendations, and drive the plan
end-to-end Act as connective tissue across Delivery, Product,
Engineering, Supply, Marketing, and Analytics Requirements 5 years
of experience in strategy, operations, marketplace or program
management roles in a fast-paced environment; 3-5 years of people
leadership Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, an ability to define metrics,
and translate insights into action Experience launching and scaling
complex high-impact cross-functional initiatives with multiple
stakeholders, including technical teams Strong executive
communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), with a
demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without
authority Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous
problem spaces and define a strategy High ownership, strong
prioritization skills, and bias toward action Bonus Points For:
Experience in marketplace, consumer lifecycle, or data-driven
businesses Experience building or scaling new business lines Salary
