Widely recognized for excellence in customer service, highly competitive prices, and innovative value-added solutions, Darby works with practices of all sizes, as well as a number of specialties, and government institutions.The Dental Technology Sales Representative is responsible for growing Darbys portfolio of technology specific services through the acquisition of new and existing Darby customers. Using our consultive, trust-based sales approach, the Practice Solutions Specialist will be responsible for prospecting, making outbound warm calls to identify new business opportunities and work with existing customers to determine practice needs. Own the sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing opportunities.What You Will Do:Proactively introduce potential and existing customers to Darbys (SaaS) technology service solution offerings through phone calls, emails, text messages to generate new business opportunities.Prospects daily to achieve sales goals established by management through outbound cold phone calls.Prepare and deliver exceptional in-person and remote presentations to potential and existing customers that showcase the value of Darbys technology services solutions offeringPresent and effectively differentiate Darbys technical product offerings functionality and useCultivate and develop relationships with internal sales team members so that Darbys Practice Solutions are presented consistently and effectively to existing customer base.Co-Travel with inside sales team on calls to identify new opportunities and present Darbys technology solutions to prospective and existing customersUtilizing consultative selling techniques and principles of trust-based selling, take a prospect through all stages of the sales cycle from lead development to decision and implementation .Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives established by the organizationIdentify practice needs and provide a tailored plan to demonstrate Darbys valueDevelop relationships with 3rd party providers identified by management to advance the organizations strategic sales plansDocument and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions and sales activities in SalesForceAttend regional and/or national dental conferences and represent the Practice Solutions divisionDevelop a deep understanding of all technical product offerings, clearly and concisely articulate technical offerings to prospective and existing customersWhat We Need In You:High School diploma required, bachelors degree in related field preferredTwo (2) years of software sales experience (SaaS) or Dental industry sales experience, requiredKnowledge of SMB technology salesThe ability to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone and build long term relationshipsYou must be persistent, tenacious, resilient and self-motivated to be successful in this position! This is a hunter-based sales role.Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentations are requiredSaaS software proficiency and ability to properly demonstrate software functionality and benefits via a shared screen, Microsoft Teams environmentPrevious success attaining and exceeding sales goals and metricsWorking knowledge of CRM, preferably, Salesforce and the ability to take detailed notes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks10 15% travel required with overnightsWhy Join Team Darby:With a history of financial stability and aggressive growth, you will have the opportunity to build a career path with us.
