Data Pipeline Principal Software Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data Pipeline Principal Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leadership and product management to define scalable solution architectures for data pipelines and services
Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data platforms using modern data transformation methodologies and tools
Lead data engineering teams, provide mentorship, and solve technological challenges

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of experience in Data Lakehouse and Data warehouse architectures and pipelines
4+ years of experience in Azure or AWS cloud
Extensive experience in database technologies, including Microsoft SQL and Snowflake
Advanced hands-on developer experience with big data frameworks such as Spark, Hive, and SQL
