Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Coach.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach Agile teams to improve their process and adhere to the Scrum
framework
Apply a variety of patterns and techniques to optimize the Scrum
delivery approach
Facilitate teams and client relationships to identify needs and
improvements
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Scrum master
Technical knowledge of the Healthcare industry and claim processing
workflows
Advanced Scrum master certification or extensive experience with
SAFe and PI Planning
Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques such as BDD, TDD,
Continuous Integration, etc
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and think with a
business owner mindset
