Opportunity The Technology Associate is a crucial entry-level role
responsible for providing exceptional customer service and
technical support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the
ability to work with a variety of resources to resolve issues and
reduce downtime for end-users. Responsibilities As the first point
of contact for technical support, the IT Support Specialist is
responsible for providing basic support and troubleshooting,
filtering Help Desk calls, and escalating tickets to higher levels
of support as necessary. Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and network systems
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or web
ticketing system
- Maintaining and updating network and peripheral
documentation
- Setting up and configuring workstations and peripherals
- Monitoring company hardware and software to meet business
requirements
- Performing other IT-related duties as assigned Candidate
Profile
- 1-2 years of verifiable experience with desktop hardware,
software applications, operating systems, and network
connectivity
- Experience providing helpdesk support for both Mac and Windows
OS
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and
peripherals, help desk software, imaging software, remote access
software, and telecom technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
skills
- A detail-oriented and success-driven approach, with the ability
to work independently and in team collaboration in a fast-paced
startup environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. An
Associate's degree is preferred
- Local travel may be required Salary & Benefits The base salary
range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. In addition to
a base salary and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements)
listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and company
holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several
factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location,
education level, work experience, and certifications. This
