to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of
multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking a HRBP, Raritan
Manufacturing (Contractor) as part of the Human Resources team
based in Raritan, NJ. Role Overview Legend Biotech is a global

for patients worldwide. Legend Biotech is seeking a HR Business
Partner to support our manufacturing site in Raritan, NJ. The
position reports to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner and
work closely with other HR Business Partners to support the Raritan
site as a strategic partner to the business. Contract Duration :
6-12 Months Key Responsibilities Partners with function heads at
the manufacturing site as well as with managers and employees to
enable team and individual effectiveness. Educates leaders around
how to use HR policies and processes to build a high performing
team. Provides performance management guidance to management (e.g.,
coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Supports leaders in developing strong development plans to grow and
retain talents. Drives cross functional discussion to build robust
succession planning for key positions. Manages and resolves complex
employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and
objective investigations. Analyzes trends and metrics in
partnership with the HR COE’s to develop HR-related solutions,
programs and policies. Consult and support business leaders in the
development and implementation of strategies that enable the
organization to thrive through periods of change. As part of the
corporation-wide HR leadership team, participate in discussion,
evaluation and execution of corporation-wide HR initiatives. Other
relevant duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor
degree required. Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or
related field preferred. Master’s degree preferred. 5 years of HR
experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is required;
experience in Pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly
preferred. Understanding of HR legal compliance requirements and
understanding of HR programs relative to support of business
objectives required. Expert level experience in employee relations.
Proven ability and strong influencing skills, decision making, and
resilience. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication,
organizational, project management and presentation skills. Strong
interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a changing environment and
