Job Description:

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee new hire onboarding process and ensure completion of necessary paperwork
Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates
Handle benefits, performance, and compensation administration as needed

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a human resource function
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
Prior experience in recruiting and talent pipeline development
Proficiency in using an HRIS platform and software/database communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
