Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Labor & Leave Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Process weekly regular labor and corrections, including completing
and reviewing timesheets
Handle weekly leave processing for Union, FT, and PT employees,
including granting PTO and HOL accruals
Assist in year-end processing duties, audits, and analyzing data to
identify discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of experience, Master's degree
with 0-2 years of experience, or HS Diploma with 6+ years of
experience
2 years of Deltek Costpoint Labor and Leave experience
Strong Excel skills, including analytical skills, Vlookups, Pivot
Tables, etc
Prefer at least 5 years of Deltek/Costpoint timekeeping labor and
Leave experience or Bachelor's degree with 2 years
