• Coordinate and manage kitchen operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and implement world-class menus using farm-to-table ingredients.
• Train and lead kitchen staff, encouraging a collaborative atmosphere.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Ensure food quality meets our proven high standards.Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding culinary skills with a focus on farm-to-table cuisine.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
