Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Support Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to high volume inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
Providing technical support for hardware, software, and systems
Assisting care center staff with technology systems and collaborating on projects

Qualifications:

High school diploma required, associate's degree preferred
2+ years of work-related experience, healthcare experience preferred
Strong understanding of Google Apps, ConnectWise, Salesforce, and experience with various operating systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing processes and resolve complex technical issues
