Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support 2 - Customer Enabling for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities:

Support routine customer enabling activities of the order management process
Assist in updating internal stakeholders on order status and any issues
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Two years of related work experience
Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3+ years in RELEVANT customer service role)
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook)
Previous experience with EDI transactions required - AS400 ERP Experience a plus
