Job Description:

Evolve specializes in all things Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. For years, we have worked with some of the best and brightest in the telecommunications field and we are hopeful for many years to come in our partnership. Through our unique, hands-on approach, we have been able to drive our clients' growth and exceed their expectations time and time again. As the year is coming to a close, we are looking to finish out this last quarter strong in order to set ourselves up for success in the new year. That is why we are currently looking for an individual who is motivated to join our team as the Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Work directly with client customers and assist with answering questions, explaining product features and benefits, and close sales
Provide an exceptional customer experience and follow all client compliance guidelines when working with customers
Have a full understanding of daily and quarterly sales goals
Master all product knowledge and be able to cross sell different products and services
Work seamlessly with the Customer Service team and trade tips in order to improve as a whole

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
A high school degree Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or other related field is preferred, but not required
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in any customer service related position
A desire to learn and take on new challenges
The ability to communicate well both internally and externally
Possessing a competitive spirit and a drive to grow is a plus
