The Academy employs a committed staff whose teaching and high academic and behavioral expectations will promote the excellence known so the community's children can achieve.The Academy Charter School is seeking a Dishwasher for the 2020/2021 school year.Position Summary: The role of a Dishwasher is to clean dishes, utensils and other kitchen appliances, washing and mopping kitchen floors and general surrounding areas and taking out the trash to designated areas. Dishwashers may work within a team setting using specialized machinery to optimize and facilitate their job. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Academy Charter school location based on school requirements and needs.Responsibilities:* Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc* Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations* Serves food to students, teachers, admin, etc. while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating. the customers' needs* Replenishes food items and ensures items are stocked to appropriate levels* Prep work* Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area* Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors* Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machineQualifications:* Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves* Ability to respond to emergency situations to avoid endangering themselves or others* Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbsPowered by JazzHRtEq4HBRXs0
