BC/BE in Family Medicine Full-Time, Permanent Job Overview: Provide
full-scope primary care services, primarily for underserved
populations Work in an innovative practice environment utilizing
Advanced Access scheduling Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary
team offering both individual and population-based
careQualifications: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical or
osteopathy school Completion of an accredited residency program in
Family Medicine Board-certified (or board-eligible, with
certification required within 24 months of employment) Licensed or
eligible for licensure in the State of Connecticut Bilingual
English/Spanish skills preferred Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are also
accepted for this position
