Overview Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Morristown, NJ. About the Practice: The practice currently has a team of 9 OB/GYN physicians and 2 certified nurse midwives along with an excellent support staff. The practice has a solid patient base that has been built up over 25 years of providing excellent care to patients in the Morrisville/Denville/Bedminster area. There are 3 practice locations and the 2 hospitals where deliveries and GYN surgical procedures are Morristown Medical Center and St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. Both hospitals provide excellent NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Operating Rooms. This is a great opportunity for a graduating resident or an experienced physician to join a practice that is growing, in a great location, and will provide them with a great career working in many facets of women's health. Practice Highlights: Growing practice with 9 physicians 3 practice locations in Morristown, Bedminster, and Denville Morristown Medical Center has a Level 3 NICU, the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN procedures, hospitalist support, and an OB/GYN residency program. Established practice that has built up a solid patient base over 25 years Clinic Patient Census: ~30/day Strong balance of both OB and GYN. Will perform about 9-10 deliveries per month with about a half day per week of GYN surgical procedures Teaching is available through the hospital residency program Great work/life balance. 1:6 call Excellent compensation and benefits 4 weeks of vacation to start with 5 weeks in year 2 and 6 weeks in year 3 Opportunities for productivity income and bonus potential Eligible for partnership after 3 years of tenure in the practice City/Location Highlights The Town of Morristown has recently been named in Livability's annual ranking of "Best Places to Live in the U.S. in 2022," ranking 30th out of 100 communities across the country.
