Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Travel Long-Term Acute
Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional team in
Willingboro, New Jersey. This position is ideal for a compassionate
and adaptable nurse who is interested in providing critical care to
patients in a long-term, acute care setting. The selected nurse
will work to support patient recoveries through the implementation
of high-quality treatment plans, under the supervision of senior
healthcare professionals, while adhering to all facility guidelines
and regulations. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans in
collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient progress and
adapt care plans as necessary. Ensure the highest standards of care
and compliance with all nursing and medical protocols. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare
maintenance. Administrate medications and maintain detailed patient
records. Advocate for patient needs and provide emotional support.
Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a highly
variable environment typical of an LTAC Proficient in using
electronic health records and medical software Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid RN license in the state of
New Jersey BLS certification ACLS preferred
