and Holidays - 8 or 10 hour shifts available for Full and Part Time
with weekends and rotating holidays - Fee for Service positions
available - Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and

$5,250 annually - Competitive salary range of $100,000.00 -
$130,000.00 per year Our Registered Nurses: - Case manage, assess,
plan, develop and implement a comprehensive home health care plan
for their patients. - Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change
dressings, clean wounds as needed - Provides skilled nursing care,
preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments
with a variety of patient populations within various potentially
complex home situations. - Work closely with a supportive patient
care team including physicians, therapy and social services,
pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned
caseload. - Provide patient and family education for disease
management and health promotion as directed by physician’s plan of
treatment. - Provide care to the most upmost standard
Qualifications: - New York State RN license - Minimum of one year
of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse. - Valid New
York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation - Basic
Life Support Certification Salary Range USD $100,000.00 - USD
$130,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and
actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a
candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
The salary range or rate listed does not include any
bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation
that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the
