Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with approved nursing protocols. Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, and other basic care as needed. Collaborate with registered nurses to create care plans. Collect samples for lab tests as ordered. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative care. Maintain patient confidentiality and records accurately. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of employment Valid CPR certification
