Job Description Job Description Salary: Renaissance Home Northampton is currently hiring PCAs for all shifts. Full time, part time, and PRN opportunities available. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist residents in activities of daily living Provide routine physical care (bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc.) Maintain all health and safety regulations Job Requirements: High School Diploma/GED(required) Direct Care Certification A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family, friends, and all team members Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team In addition to a positive work environment, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including, Medical/Dental/Vision and Life insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401K for full time employees.
