Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Morristown, NJ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,700 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Shift Type PM Shift (Night Shift) Shift Hours 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12?hour shift) Weekly Schedule 3 shifts per week 36 hours/week total Weekend Requirements Every other weekend required Floating As needed , depending on unit requirements (within Pediatric ED or appropriate units as per competency) Holidays: 1 winter / 1 summer Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient assessments across all age groups (Pediatric to Geriatric). Deliver competent emergency clinical care following unit standards. Perform direct patient care activities as part of the care team. Demonstrate strong knowledge of emergency equipment and procedures. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in patient records. Educate patients and families on procedures, care plans, and post?care instructions . Follow National Patient Safety Goals , including proper patient identification. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional practice standards . Promote patient satisfaction through courteous, professional communication. Support pre?operative and postoperative assessments and teaching , when required. Prioritize patient care based on condition changes and clinical needs . Assist with Pre?Admission Testing (PAT) by evaluating orders and ensuring completion of necessary tests. Requirements Requirements Experience Minimum 1 year in: Critical Care Cardiac Emergency Department (ED) Licenses & Certifications RN License – Required BLS – Required ACLS – Required PALS – Required (specifically for Pediatric ED) Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
