This is a prime opportunity to join a respected multispecialty group during a critical succession phase due to recent retirements and physician transitions. Whether you're newly trained or experienced, you'll find clinical autonomy, subspecialty support, and a built-in referral base that lets you focus on patient care. Practice Overview You'll join a collegial GI team of 7 physicians, 4 APPs, and robust clinical support staff Primarily general GI with opportunity to focus on gastric disorders Endoscopic procedures are performed at two ambulatory surgery centers, including one on-site Call is shared evenly, expected to be approximately 1:7, with inpatient work at a nearby hospital just 10 to 12 minutes away Schedule Monday through Friday schedule 2 days weekly dedicated to procedures; the remaining time is clinic-based Clinic volume averages 15 patients per day, including 5 to 7 new visits Practice located in a multi-specialty hub with on-site infusion, imaging, and lab services Compensation & Benefits Base salary in the $475,000 to $550,000 range, with RVU-based productivity upside that begins day one; total earning potential of $800,000 Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and retention bonus offered Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with immediate vesting, CME stipend, malpractice with tail, and generous PTO (up to 30 days annually) Additional perks: paid licensure fees, physician conference funds, parental leave, and voluntary benefits like legal and pet insurance Community & Location Highlights Located in northern New Jersey, with the main site in Berkeley Heights, an affluent suburb with top-rated public schools Enjoy proximity to New York City with easy access to Newark International Airport, about 30 minutes away Family-friendly community with outdoor recreation, suburban charm, and diverse dining Desirable cost of living balance: suburban lifestyle with access to urban amenities Take the next step toward a practice environment that values your time, expertise, and future.
