The successful candidate will manage a diverse patient population including Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU patients. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:2. Responsibilities - Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. - Collaborate with patients, their families, professional peers, and other members of the healthcare team to individualize patient care. - Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to established standards and protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical specialty, with at least 2 years of RN experience in general. - Current PA or MSL Compact Registered Nurse License required. - Basic Life Support certification required.
